Tania Elson – Scheme Manager, Ballard Court

We provide cleaning services for Ballard Court, which is part of the Accent Housing scheme. We recently received feedback from the client saying that they were very happy with the service provided, and would like to continue to work with us for the foreseeable future.

The domestic operative at Ballard Court is called Tracey. She not only carries out her tasks to the best of her ability, but is a reassurance to the residents. I would like to acknowledge that her kindness and helpfulness to all residents has most certainly  helped ease any worries or concerns some may have during these difficult times. I also appreciate the `deep clean’ that is being implemented, anything that can be done to reduce the risk of cross contamination is greatly received.
