Monitor Labour, a subdivision of Monitor Hygiene, provides contract labour to the UK food industry, including:
production workers, warehouse and packing staff, wash-up operatives and drivers.
Monitor treats each contract labour operation on a project management basis. We do not provide ad hoc, 'here today, gone tomorrow' labour.
We can take care of sourcing staff, interviews, screening, references, immigration checks, minimum wage, working time administration, employment law, payroll, transport, accommodation, induction, training, sickness and holidays - freeing you to manage your business.

Attractive costing options Because our clients make a commitment to us for their core labour requirements, we are able to offer attractive cost options, such as flat-rate charging (regardless of shift or day of the week). In many cases, we can offer a reduced rate for additional hours, in contrast with the usual premium rates for overtime
