ACCREDITATIONS
Monitor Services has accreditations and memberships of various professional and trade standards and organisations. Many of these require adherence to strict codes of practice and we are subject to external audits to check compliance.

ISO
Our quality management systems have been accredited to the ISO standard for many years. They are regularly audited and have been developed to suit the changing needs of the company and its clients. This is important in integrating our performance with clients' quality systems, and particularly vital for due diligence or HACCP purposes in the food industry.

Investors in People
Monitor achieved the Investors in People standard some years ago and has passed two subsequent three-year reassessments. Our training, communication and development programmes are a crucial part of our success.

BICSc
The British Institute of Cleaning Science is a champion of progress within the cleaning industry and Monitor is proud to be registered as an assessor centre for its operative training schemes. We were the first company to be granted a multi-site licence for the 'Food premises - cleaning operative' training scheme.

REC
The Recruitment and Employment Confederation is the professional body for the recruitment industry. As suppliers of contract labour to the food industry, our membership of REC gives us the support and professional status required to keep pace with the ever-evolving recruitment and employment issues.

BPCA , NPTA and BASIS
To provide a professional pest control service, we believe it is essential to have the highest regard for quality standards and safety. Our membership of both the British Pest Control Association and the National Pest Technicians Association, together with registration to the BASIS scheme for continuing professional competence, allows us to keep in touch with industry developments as they happen.

CIEH
As a registered training centre for the Institute of Environmental Health, we are able to deliver nationally recognised, certificated food hygiene and health and safety training to our own staff and to clients.

ROSPA
Our membership of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents enables us to keep our comprehensive safety management systems up-to-date.
